An escape session takes 60 minutes. You will arrive 10 minutes in advance. In combination with an arrangement, it is possible to stay even longer after the play session.

To ensure a relaxed arrival, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start time of the escape session. This gives you time to quietly check in, store your valuables and get in the mood under the guidance of our host. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes, the doors may not be open yet, as we reset the rooms between sessions.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start to provide the correct instructions for playing. Should you arrive after the game time of the escape room booking, there will be less time to receive an explanation and/or you will have less time to end the escape session together after the escape session. It is not possible to get directly to the Escapehood entrance. You always sign up at the Playhood reception.

Our Première at CineHood escape rooms (7 years and older) and Forget Lab (10 years and older) are suitable for families, groups of friends and children's parties. For children up to 16 years, the supervision of at least one adult is required.

Reservations can easily be made via our website. First you select one of the rooms, then when you want to come and with how many players. While making your reservation, it's possible to add add-ons to complete the experience.

More than 7 days before the start, you can cancel or rebook free of charge. Refund via the original payment method or as an Escapehood voucher (your choice).

Between 7 and 2 days before the start, you will receive a 50% refund or a full conversion to an Escapehood voucher. Rebooking is possible free of charge, provided that the new date is available.

Less than 48 hours before the start, there is no refund in case of cancellation. Shifting is allowed once, provided that: the request is made before the original start time, there is availability, and the new date falls within 30 days. Any price differences (e.g. weekend rate) will be settled.

The escape rooms are designed for groups between 3-8 people. For a birthday party, the maximum group size is a maximum of 8 children and 1 adult supervisor. More than 8 players are not allowed for safety reasons, no exception is ever made. Always indicate the number of players when making your reservation.

There is a choice to extend your visit to Escapehood with various packages. An arrangement consists of adding a welcome drink for the group, snacks and drinks after playing or expanding with a snack package and/or birthday cake. Various add-ons are available when booking.

No, all children up to 16 years old must be supervised by their parents and/or guardians at all times.

The price of an escape room session at Escapehood is calculated per person and depends on the number of players. Below is an overview of our escape room prices:

To apply your discount code, you must first choose the escape room and the number of people. In the next step 'Check-out', you can apply your discount code by 'Apply discount code' > 'Redeem now' > 'Discount code', where you can enter your code. The discount is automatically deducted from the total amount.

Food and drinks are available in our café. That is why we kindly request that you do not bring and consume outside drinks in Escapehood. Refillable water bottles and baby bottles are allowed.
