They are suitable for all ages and the difficulty level is always adjustable. Whether you are visiting with friends, colleagues, family, or your kids, we ensure the room's level is a perfect fit for your group.

Première at Cinehood is suitable for all ages (7 and up). We offer multiple difficulty levels. Coming with the family?
The Forget Lab is more intense and is recommended for ages 10 and up. This is also available in multiple difficulty levels.
For those who scare easily, Cinehood is almost always the better choice.
Each escape room can accommodate 3 to 8 people. The recommended group size is 3 to 6 people.
If you have a larger group, you can book Cinehood and The Forget Lab at the same time, or book two rooms back-to-back.
No, we do not lock the door behind you. You can leave at any time.
Cinehood is our feel-good room; it’s not scary at all, but it is a lot of fun to play.
The Forget Lab is a bit more intense. At one point, an actor joins the room to add to the atmosphere. However, they won't touch anyone and will adjust their performance based on the group.
If you are coming with younger children or children who scare easily, we recommend Cinehood.
The escape room experience itself lasts 60 minutes. Including arrival, instructions, and a group photo, you should allow for about 90 minutes in total.
No, all children aged 14 and under must be supervised by their parents and/or guardians at all times.
